Shawn, the driver that picked up my mother-in-law from her rehab center arrived exactly on time. He was courteous, friendly and was careful to get Mom in her wheelchair securely placed in the van. He got us to her appointment with her doctor ahead of schedule. Due to that, she was seen by her doctor sooner. Since she was done ahead of the scheduled return pick up time, I called BlueWay to see if they could move up the return time. 2 minutes after we walked out of the building, Shawn pulled up. Mom got back early enough to have her dinner. I highly recommend this company!
